  •  Do I have to pay to create an account on the site?

Rotorplace is a 100% free e-commerce site. You do not need to subscribe or pay anything. 


  • Where do the parts sold on Rotorplace come from?

Rotorplace works directly and only with aircraft manufacturers. No unpleasant surprises, your parts are delivered with LOG CARD and EASA form one with an OEM warranty .


  • How are my parts shipped?

In the aeronautics industry, transport is at the customer's charge (EXW). 

For each order you will have to indicate in the reserved text box the name of your carrier, your transporter account number and if you want to insure the shipment.


Once the order is ready to be shipped, we will organize the pick-up with the information provided.  


  • I can't find a part on Rotorplace, what should I do?
Don't panic! As our Marketplace is in full evolution, not all parts are on the platform. 

Send us your RFQ by email to sales@helinetwork.com. Our teams will answer you as soon as possible. 


  • I have a request in AOG, can Rotorplace respond to it?

Yes we can respond to AOG requests, on the parts available on the site, as they are provided by our partner manufacturers. 

We advise you to send us an email to sales@helinetwork.com for any AOG request.


  • I lost my access codes, how do I access my account?

If you can no longer find your password, you must go to My account >sign in .

Below the text box "my password" click on forgot my password. A reset email will be sent to your mailbox. Choose a new password and it's done.


  • What is the purpose of the coloured stickers on the parts?

                    In order to save you time, we have decided to place colored stickers to indicate the conditions in which you will find the part you are looking for.

                    NEW = New

                    OH = Overhauled. This can be in standard exchange or outright. It will be indicated on the parts.

                    MRO = Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul. In the description of the product is indicated which kind of operation is available on the part.

                    RP = Repaired.
